Outside the Classroom
Practising English outside the classroom is a great way to improve your every day language development. There is always
something happening in London and each week a social programme is planned by our Social Programme Organiser. The programme
is run with a team of teachers and helps you get to know other students and members of staff and enjoy the culture and
entertainment of London and Britain. The Social Programme will also help you to meet and interact with other students which
will make the entire learning experience enjoyable and productive.
Each week the school provides an excellent selection of activities for you to choose from. There is at least one organised
school activity every day and at least three activities per week are provided free of charge. Typical events provided by the
school include visits to museums and galleries, trips to pubs and restaurants, sight seeing and walking tours around London.
You will be given a full programme of social activities when you arrive on your first day at school. If you require any assistance,
we will be glad to offer advice and help you to arrange your own activities and social programme during your time in London.
Every weekend the school also arranges excursions to many popular towns and cities in the UK. Popular trips include Stonehenge and Bath, Isle of Wight, Oxford, Cambridge and Brighton
